An extensive discussion was held in the House of Commons todays on the plight of the Events Industry following an urgent question to the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport as to why the results of the Events Research Programme had not been published.

The Secretary of State was represented by Nigel Huddleston MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for sport, tourism & Heritage.
